What’s one word that best describes your company’s culture? Dynamic
What do you do that makes your company culture exceptional and unique from other companies? We focus on hiring employees who are smart, work hard, ambitious and nice, and we create internal opportunities for them to learn and grow with the company as we expand. Among others, this includes our all-employee company kick-off event, roundtables, department lunch ‘n’ learns and monthly TEG update meetings. We also have a fantastic fun committee that organizes various activities each month to bring us all together. We’ve become one big extended family, and we care about each other.
Do you allow your employees to work remotely? Yes, providing flexibility to employees is part of our culture, but not all positions are conducive to this arrangement. As a whole, we prefer employees to be in the office to maximize employee engagement, strengthen our culture, have fun and increase accessibility with our open-door policy.
You’re ordering lunch for your company — from where do you order, and what do you get? We currently do this each month, not only at our corporate office, but also at our satellite locations so that all employees are included. Imagine an outdoor barbecue with an array of options — something for everyone. It’s about spending quality time with our TEG colleagues, getting to know one another better and building meaningful relationships.
Does your company have a dress code? Yes. Our employees represent us, and how they dress is reflective of our high service standards, quality product and commitment to excellence.
