As a Director of Development, Jill collaborates on development-related ventures with a focus on operations and design as well as property and lease-up management. She recently led the development and lease-up of Vintage on Selby Apartments, including setting and managing pro forma and operational budgets, assisting in securing investment capital, managing investor compliance and communications, directing building design, and guiding marketing and branding. Her strategies and leadership positioned the property to surpass 50% leased within 60 days of opening while exceeding pro forma rents.
Jill has spent close to ten years working with municipalities through the Family Housing Fund, Urban Land Institute, and the office of U.S. Senator Mark Dayton. She is an active member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and Urban Land Institute, and holds a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Macalester College.
