As a Senior Business Manager for The Excelsior Group (TEG), Amy manages the 490 unit multifamily asset, Fountain Place Apartments. She is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, payables, leading the leasing/maintenance team, overseeing rehabs/capital improvements, and providing excellent customer service to the residents.
Prior to joining TEG, Amy worked for New Perspective Senior Living, building her experience of over 20 years in combined senior and multi-family property. She holds an Associate of Applied Science, Accounting, and Business Administration Degree from the Minnesota School of Business and is CDAL, CPM, and ARM certified, among others.
In her spare time, she loves attending and officiating her daughter’s swim meets and enjoys walking her dog, Danny.
