Meghann joins The Excelsior Group (TEG) as a Redevelopment Associate and brings seven years of healthcare, industrial, higher education and multi-family design and facilities management experience. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, earning an undergraduate and master’s degree in Architecture and is a licensed architect.

As Redevelopment Associate, Meghann will work on the value-add portfolio, acquisitions and third-party assets. She brings a passion for architectural solutions through integration of all types of people, building and branding strategies, project development, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining TEG, Meghann worked for the University of Minnesota, operating as a developer and plan lead for classrooms, study spaces, computer labs, and common space building renovations. She also gained experience working for Mohagen Hansen as a Designer II,  where she delivered design solutions for complex, efficient and aesthetically accommodating medical office buildings and NAIOP nominee industrial projects.

Meghann is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI MN), Women in Real Estate Development (Wired-Up), and National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP). Her goal is to become a respectable golfer so people will enjoy a round of nine with her.
